  Arrived to be told there was a 45min wait went to bar to order drinks only to find 1member of staff behind the bar who seemed a bit overwhelmed. Found our own table and went back to bar to order food. After a long wait we ordered our food. We waited over an hour for our starter and when we had finished it a waitress told us that our mains would be with us shortly. The people on the next table who ordered after us had been served and almost finished their food and we were still waiting. We asked where our food was and was then told it would be another 10 mins !!! When the food finally arrived we had no cutlery and the waitress said she would bring some. Yet again we waited but no cutlery came !!! Eventually we had to go and get our own. We complained and spoke to the supervisor who offered us free desserts which we ordered from the bar. Then again we waited but no desserts appeared. Once again we complained to the supervisor who then offered us a full refund and apologised for the bad service. Safe to say I don't think we will be returning any time soon.
